Utilities (Electric, Gas, cable/internet) have run right around $80/person since I moved in in August. Water and trash are included. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom, but you would be more than welcome to bring any other furniture you may have, the living room is really big. The room has a private bath, double door closet, and a large walk-in closet right outside of it. The room measures about 12'x12'. The apartment has a full size washer and dryer, patio, and fireplace. It is on the city bus line which goes to campus. I'm fine with pets as long as they are well behaved and you keep hair and what not up, there is a pet fee I think it's $275 but I would have to call the leasing office to be sure. I don't care if you're a smoker as long as you do it outside.
As for me I'm 22 and I'm double majoring in Photography and Art Education. I'm really laid back. I'm serious about my studies, but I also know how to have fun. I don't have any pets, I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally. if you want to know anything else just ask.
Just a note the bedroom in the picture is mine, but it is exactly the same as the other room just reversed.

There's a beautiful pool, a 24 hour gym and computer lab, a free tanning bed, 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court... Really it's the perfect place to live - especially since it's only 3 miles from campus and three different bus routes come by every day!
